The Saskatchewan Health Authority is notifying residents of potential COVID-19 exposure at the Servus Sports Centre.
Anyone was at the facility on October 24 between 9 a.m.-10 a.m. is being asked to monitor their health over the next two weeks.
The City said the building will remain open at this time and will continue following the direction of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Anyone who may have come into contact with the individual who recently tested positive may not necessarily have contracted COVID-19, but health officials are asking people to monitor their health over the next 14 days.
Locations in North Battleford, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Shellbrook and Hague are under advisory as well.
Anyone seeking more information regarding a possible transmission can visit the SHA’s public advisory.
Those who develop symptoms are being instructed to self-isolate and contact 811 to arrange for testing.
