SHA warns of possible COVID-19 transmission at three Lloyd businesses

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is advising residents of possible COVID-19 exposure at three Lloydminster businesses.

People who were at the following locations during the specified time should closely monitor their health over the next two weeks:

  • October 17
    • May Cinema 6, 4707 49 Avenue, 9 to 11 p.m.
  • October 19
    • Walmart Supercentre, 4210 70 Avenue, 10:30 to 11:00 a.m.
    • Brown’s Social House, 8120 44 Street, 7 to 9 p.m.

Anyone who may have come into contact with the individual who recently tested positive may not necessarily have contracted COVID-19, but health officials are asking people to monitor their health over the next 14 days.

Anyone seeking more information can visit the SHA’s public advisory.

Those who develop symptoms are being instructed to self-isolate and contact 811 to arrange for testing.

The SHA also mentioned exposure at businesses in North Battleford, Saskatoon, Regina, Martensville and Prince Albert.
