Both forcible confinement accused to enter plea in November

Both men facing multiple charges stemming from a search warrant in August will be back in court to face a plea in November.

On Monday at the Lloydminster Provincial Court, the cases involving Jason Palsich and Luke Dean were adjourned until November 23rd.

After the request for an adjournment from their lawyers, the crown prosecutor asked for a plea at the next appearance, in which both lawyers agreed to.

The accused wait to face charges including forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, robbery with a weapon and extortion.

The allegations haven’t been proven in court.
