Forcible confinement case adjourned for both accused

Both men facing multiple charges stemming from a search warrant in August were back in court on Monday.

Luke Dean, 27 and Jason Palsich, 37, had their cases adjourned until October 26th after appearing in Lloydminster Provincial Court.

The accused wait to face charges including forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, robbery with a weapon and extortion.

The allegations haven’t been proven in court.
