The City of Lloydminster is reminding residents and businesses that their outstanding utility balance by the end of the month.
A Payment Option Relief Plan was created by the City to help with financial burdens caused by COVID-19.
The plan deferred utility payments and property taxes for residential and commercial property owners until November 10th.
Those looking to make payments are encouraged to pay online to reduce in-person contract.
Anyone who has not received a September utility bill is asked to call 780-875-6184, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The City said anyone who has not received their bill is not excused from payment or penalties for late payment.
