RCMP has issued a Canada-wide warrant for Dyllan Petrin

A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for Dyllan Petrin, who may be in Alberta.

In July 2019, the 19-year-old was arrested in relation to a kidnapping and assault which happened in in Surrey, B.C.

He was released from custody in February of this year with strict court-ordered conditions including wearing a monitoring ankle bracelet.

In late May, the bracelet was removed and RCMP has been searching for Petrin.

Police said he has ties into the Metro-Vancouver and the Okanagan areas of British Columbia as well as Alberta.

Investigators believe he may be in the Calgary area.

He is described as Caucasian, standing 5’5 tall, weighing 126 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes with a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
