Clandonald Fire Department investigating house fire

A house fire broke out today in Clandonald at approximately 4 p.m.

Both of the two known residents were able to exit the building.

Clandonald Fire Department arrived on scene to tend to the blaze.

Relatives were unsure whether the home would be saved as it was an older building, but the fire is now said to have been extinguished.

The fire department continues to investigate the source.
