Two new COVID-19 cases reported in Wainwright

New COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in the MD of Wainwright and Two Hills.

According to the Alberta Health Services virus data map, two additional cases have in Wainwright as of July 21st.

The area now has eight active cases.

The County of Two Hills has one new case bringing the total to seven active cases in the county.

The County of Vermilion River remains unchanged with two active cases.

Currently, there are 153 active cases in the Central zone.

The total of recoveries has increased to 112 in the zone since March.

Provincially within the past 24 hours, 141 new cases have been recorded.

Alberta has1,251 active cases in and a total of 8,436 are considered to be recovered.
