Lloydminster RCMP has charged four people after a chase on Friday morning.
Mounties attempted to stop a vehicle near the north side of the City, but people in the car were throwing objects at the police car to avoid being stopped.
Once that failed, one of the passengers brought out a firearm and fired a shot towards the police car.
A tire deflation was used which led to the arrest of three people including a fourth person who was found by Onion Lake RCMP and Lloydminster’s Police Dog Services.
RCMP said no one was injured.
A total of 21 charges have been doled out between 30-year-old Cassidy Lewis of Onion Lake, 23-year-old Kelly Jacko of Cold Lake, 25-year-old Shadaine Stanley of Edmonton and 32-year-old Vice DIllion of no-fixed-address.
Lewis is facing fourteen charges, including alleged discharging a firearm with intent, careless use of a firearm, common nuisance, and assaulting a police officer.
Jacko is charged with alleged possession of a firearm while prohibited, and failing to comply with a probation order.
Stanley is charged with two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
Dillion is charged with failing to stop for a police officer and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
All four were held for judicial interim hearings and were remanded to Saskatchewan Provincial Court today.
